I have been doing it this way for ten years, works perfectly.

I can usea the moates.net stuff correct?

Im going to get teh OBDII connecter with the USB adapter and then the Tuner and $EE file. Then all i need is a pcm.

This sound good?

Correct. I get my cables from AKM Electronics. akmcables dot com
Andrew has one cable with both diagnostic connectors, OBD1 & OBD2 style connectors, so you can do the '94/'95 Impala SS/Caprice, and '94 F body cars with the same cable. That is what I buy. Great guy, nice cables.

Yes Andrew is a greatt guy! USPS lost the cable that Andrew sent me, he will send me another one asap.
