Default Turn Signal question

I have a 96 Formula and I have been having problems with my driver's side turn signal and I can't figure it out. I have checked all the bulbs and fuses and everything checks out fine. I am guessing a bad ground but I dont know where to start. I need some help guys.

Then just get to the socket with a test light or multimeter. Probe the wires before the socket and see if your getting constant ground and the hot "pulse". if one is missing, follow that to find teh cause. If both are present, replace the socket.
