It was dropped into 3rd gear from 5th and then quickly shifted to 4th. I had it at 136 mph in 5th and was only at 6000 rpms a little while ago. I still had 2300 rpms left, but it would have taken forever to get there. I would imagine that hitting 140-145 mph would be reachable given a long enough stretch of road. What can you expect from 148 hp? It's my daily driver, gets 25 mph (city), I tow my jet ski with it, and I haven't put I dime into since I bought it in 2001 other than gas, oil, pads, and rotors.

Burried the speedo comeing home from the track about 12 miles or empty straight ways so im guessing over 160. Passed a friend doin 135 like he wasnt moving!!
