Default who bought a TCI flex plate, what one did you get please

theres another thread that got me no where on what i need. I need to buy a flex plate for my 94z. My local shop asked if mine was external or internal balanced. What one do i buy?? What one did you guys buy?? I thought our car were just one and they didnt balance them differently on different cars, pretty dumb if they did. So if so, how do i know what one to buy? thanks guys

If its a stock LT1 then you need an EXTERNALLY balanced 153 tooth SFI approved flexplate. I run an LT4 starter and everything works great.
I bought my B&M flexplate from Jegs.
if the motor has been rebuilt and was internally balanced then you would need a nuetral balance flexplate.

No need to use the LT4 starter I just happened to have one that I picked up cheap and have been using it.
There are some B&M parts that I really like, I don't care too much for their shift kits but I love the shifters and the flexplate was a quality piece and has been working out very well for me.
