Don't get me wrong its a great cam and very tempting in that nice little $500 package, but if I where going to be aiming at a more serious route, I would piece together my own kit, and get dual valvesprings. Not to mention new guideplates (and all the other valvetrain parts.... pro mag rockers, roller lifters, etc...)
Then you can just pick out the cam yourself. I recommend Comp Cams but alot of companies make a nice cam now. Which is good.
I like the 224/230. To give you an idea of Cam Selection, truly the most important piece of a new valvetrain, try this...

You get what ya pay for. And I'm not saying you have to spend an arm and a nut, but I really dont think you should skimp out on the valve train. Look at my cam (bigger than hotcam), I like it and all but it's not what I wanted. Already talked to AI about making me a custom
DO NOT PUT A OFF THE SELF GRIND ON A STROKER MOTOR! I wont make good poor and it will be slow and a waste of time and money.
Yeah they make be nice with boltons, but were not talking stock cubes anymore do it right and get a custom cam grind.
Theres a guy around here with a 396 hes got a small baby cam, and running so decently ported heads. Geuss what the car on a slick cant go faster than 12.5s why?! Because the motor cant BREATH, its really pathetic to see somone spend all that money and not do it the right way.
Call JOE O and Lyd have them make you a custom cam
