Default still having arcing problems!!

I made a post a while ago about my arcing problems. Once the car would warm up you could see it flashing off the coil wire and off the wires down by the plugs. It had new ac delco wires on it. Everyone told me they were crap, so I changed them out, but I'm still having problems. I haven't noticed it arcing off the plug wires since I changed to msd's, but I can still see it flashing off of the coil wire. If I touch the coil wire, it will light up where my finger touches it. You can also actually hear it miss in the exhaust after it gets really warmed up. I've had it with this thing. The opti is a 6 month old ac delco, ngk plugs, and msd wires. Also, if I'm cruising on the highway at like 1900-2000 rpm for an extended period it will start to bog down and sputter, but when you give it some gas it'll take a second and than clean up and run. Sometimes it sputters on start up also before it starts.

Anyone help would be greatly appreciated as I've about had it with this thing.

Oh and its a 94 lt1 m6 car with 103k miles.

the car still runs decent, as I was trapping 100mph in the quarter my last time at the track in 90* humid weather. only mods are 3.73's, gutted cat, CAI, 1LE elbow
