oh believe me, i didnt think my car "fell on its face" in the high rpms until I did the headers, it pulled pretty good up top. Youll know what i mean if you put long tubes on it. it wont resist the high rpms nearly as much. If your a six speed youll feel it on the gear changes too when you shut the throttle down before the next gear. I personally didnt feel the change that much myself, but a couple of passengers have told me something along the lines of "your car always used to slam me in the seat, but now it slams you back and you stay pinned there until you get launched forward and back again on a shift"

yea, i have a 3" e-cutout under the passenger seat. the powerband does seem different when its open.

with my SLP 2OTL it has a pretty exhaust note closed. open though, it sounds a hell of a lot more obnoxious than good lol

I would expect less torque, but more hp, and the whole band shifted up in the RPMS.

i put shorties on my old L98 trans am and noticed ZERO difference from the stock manifolds. had i kept the car i would have switched to long tubes.

trust me, dont be impatient, save some money up for a bit and do it right the first time. why spend money twice and work twice as hard only to end up at the same place eventually?
