What kind of Cam? I want to run a nice hydraulic cam in my car i just have a full exhaust (headers, x, 2 bullits) and an intake with a descreened MAF. I want to run all new pushrods, retainers, rocker arms, and valve springs so all i have to do is just port and polish the current heads. what cam would go well with all of that?

Re: What kind of Cam? Anything similar to the hotcam or its specs seems to work well and be proven with stock heads as a generalization.

Re: What kind of Cam? i have an lt4 hot cam for sale with the springs and retainers and locks. i give you everything for $200.00 or better offer. nothing wrong with the cam still like new. i just need the money asap. im also in the houston area. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

After your heads are finished, have them flowed and then call the cam manf of your choice with the info and when you tell them the rest of the pertinent info they will be able to tell you exactly what cam will work best for what you want to do. No guessing games and no trying out what worked well for somebody else. That way you do it right once...

Re: What kind of Cam? how would a comp cams 305 cam 220/230@ .50 .544/.544 114lsa be for a car with a few bolt-ons (headers, programmer, 52mm,). would it be to agressive and would you have to reprogram the computer?
