Well if guys bust up one of my motors and are not running Mobil1 then they are SOL, the dino Mobil is only for break in, and I don't recomend any other oils. (maybe German Castrol but I don't see the point of the easter egg hunt to get it) I also use 5W-30 for street motors, and if you go thicker it just wears the oil pump gear out faster.

I agree with the Easter egg hunt. In my area I had to go to 3 Autozones to get 5 qts. They were mixed in with the USA oil and the employees had no idea what I was talking about. That's too much trouble, I switched back to Mobil 1.

That is surprising. It might be a good oil, but seems a little too thin for me.

I have used it. I suppose it's not any worse than any other oil.

Many times too thick of an oil can cause more wear than too thin. A thick oil can cause too much of an oil front (wedge) in the leading edge of a bearing and cause the backside of the bearing to be forced together if that makes sense to you.
