C.A.I, LTs, good exhuast, 1.6RRS, 3.73 gears, 2500-3000 stall, Trans kit if A4 New clutch if M6 good cam,(new valve springs) and a good tune, That should put you pretty close atleast around 350-340rwhp if not more. I might be missing something else but this would probably run you around $1800. Unless you dont do any of the work yourself them expect big $$$. Also the best thing to do to get good RWHP number is a nice heads and cam set-up they can produce 380RWHP and up but cost alot more.

long tubes with ORY - bout 600
CAI - 60-150
tune - 100-??
CC xtreme 224/230 cam - 250
1.6 rockers - 190
stronger valve springs - 200

that will get you to about 360ish more or less depending on tune

Ring and Pinion and Transmission have nothing to do with HP, except parasitic drain if they are in disrepair

it doesn't ADD HP/TQ, but it does change the power curves.

Nope... doesn't change the power curve. the only thing is does, is multiplie the torque more to the tires, so it fakes the wheels into seeing more power. In a way.

I'd say these guys have it right. to be honest, you could ALMOST see that kinda power with the right bolt ons, so a bigger cam will help it out... just don't go silly big...

of course you could do intake/exhaust and a 100 shot and see upper 300's very safely spending around 2-3k the problem is it's going to be just alot of hp. to get it in useful areas (off the line...) you're gonna need a stall and damn nice tires if it's an auto. if it's a manual, ur gonna need even better tires, clutch, and probably a new rear end. getting alot of hp is useless unless you can apply it to the pavement where it matters.

yes sorry for the confusion. that's what i meant. it changes the power curves as per the wheels, not the fly.
