you should have 2 one on each side on the ex.manifolds unless you have a 95 that came equipped with obd2 then it will have 4 o2's,they other 2 will be mounted behind each cat

since you only have one cat, my bet is on three. one on each manifold and one directly after the cat

Really? are they both upstream, or is one upstream and one downstream?

95's dont have them after the cats at all. one on each manifold. you can pick them up from advance auto or autozone. they run like 50 each for the bosch ones. word of advice you might want to set aside some time to get them out if you dont have a lift. they are a pain to get to with the socket you have to use.
