numbers are decent...2 things though, 1 why did they hit it in second and then let it shift to 3rd and keep going...never seen that done before, and second they helt it in 3rd gear all the way until the revlimitor which i hope wasnt ehe stock one that cuts out fuel, if so doing that on n20 luckily it didnt toast the motor. if thats what they did it would have been a billion times better to shift to 4th, the dumbest thing ive seen...

I was also hoping for a lil more N/A but everyone there said that they were some pretty respectable numbers from an LT1

What actally happend was that I hit it in 3rd gear then when I hit it it down shifted itself and he started recording when it shifted to 3rd. And no it wasn't the stock rev limiter and I had the nitrous on a window switch so that it cut off 200 rpm before my rev limiter so I dont put a hole in my piston

Not bad for stock Engine with just N20. Get some LT's on it, and it should jump up.
I can't wait to see what mine throws. The last Engine put 320/325 on the ground, and I have a few more things in my new one..

how many miles are on your car?? my miles were 180,000 when i dyno'd, i pulled 30 more rwhp and 80 more rwtq than you with exactly the same mods minus gears/stall/dynaspark. i put down more torque n/a than you did on a 75 shot, i know automatics dyno a little less but damn, your car probably needs a tune or something or a better dyno run that just seems too low to me.

i was thinking the same thing i dynoed my car with nothing but a hooker catback and SLP intake and put down 271 hp and about 315 tq

now with hooker longtubes, ORY, TB bypass, manual fan switch (dyno was done with temp around 210) and a tune i hope to be around 300 to the wheels

The loose front strap flopping around on the second pull made me nervous...Good runs, though, they do make software to lock it in 3rd for dyno runs...Now take to the real dyno....the track...

cool, I'm freaked out by your NA numbers also, mostly cause I have slightly less bolt ons than you do, but I have a m6.

What nitrous kit are you running?

yeah it was odd that you only put out 251 HP to the wheels with the mods you got done....i have seen stock LT1's put out more than that......i put out 270 RWHP and 305 RWTQ with my mods in my sig.......i think i got robbed some horsepower from the RAM AIR setup since it sits right on top of the hot motor.

I also think the N/A numbers are off but the track numbers are saying differently

so far the best its seen is 13.02@105 with a 1.9 60ft and that was in like 70 degree weather, then the last time I took it to the track it went 13.2@102 with a 1.71 60ft in 85-90 degree weather. So it's got 12's in it with the right weather conditions. Also the 13.02 run was without the LCA's, SFC's, and panhards. I'm pretty sure I can get it into the 12.7's with a good 60ft and right weather conditions and I'm hoping I can drop those 2 hundreths of a second to get my 60's in the 1.6's all motor
