Dyno Tonight! The car club that I am in, UNCC HPA, finally got sanctioned through the school the other week. Our first event is a dyno day at a local speed shop in Charlotte, and the great part is that the school is paying for it!
I will be making 3 passes this evening, I am not expecting much, hopefully somewhere around 230 or so, we will see. I will post the numbers and some videos of it when I get in tonight.

Well, over all the dyno day was a success. I have lots of footage of all the cars running. However my day was not too great. We had problems getting the torque converter to lock up. It just simply would not do it. It would still down shift at 4500! Then when we tried to do runs in second, the motor wouldnt go past 5000, it would just stop and start to back off. I think I may tranny issues, or just some sort of computer work needing some attention.
But I did pull 237 hp and 275 tq.

Ive gotten my TQ converter to lock as low as 2k rpms with the auto but you need tuner cats, and a septerate tune with all the tranny stuff locked to try it out. Before I did that I could only get runs from 4.5K and up

those are alright numbers! glade to hear u guys had fun don't worry bout those bad numbers i am completely i dynoed 255 rwhp and 285 rwt don't worry! hope the coverter starts to act right!
