G/F has givin me 500 dollar x-mas limit what shall i get
Just as the title states, my girlfriend said I could have anything around 500 dollars for x-mas and of course i want it spent on parts for my car, so what should i get, any ideas? I would love some more power, but I would not mind an HID kit or something along those lines. Help me out! mods I have are in sig
Thanks

Headers are a very good choice.
----> www.byunspeed.com sells PaceSetter headers for around $400 I think.
That leaves you some money left over for gaskets, bolts, and beer.

Here is his sig from the other forum.
Here is my reply there.
A ring for that sugar momma.
Or some ProMagnums NON-SA with guideplates pushrods and LT4 springs, with a tune.
I recommend the LT4 springs because they are cheap and a later cam swap would replace whatever you use now anyway. I would go cheap on the pushrods too because the rest of this setup will not tax them anyway and when you later do more you should measure what length you need which willl likely be different anyway.
Going Promagnum 1.6s and guideplates means the most expensive part of this gets reused when you do a cam.
In 6+ years of playing with the current Caprice I have learned alot about buying with an eye to the future. I spent yesterday tweeking the Transgo install because when I had the tranny built the "ultimate goal" for the car was a solid 13 second 20K a year daily driver. While I still put like 10K on a year I have pushed it a tad past the 13 second goal and had to redo things as a result. It is always cheaper to do something once.

my advice:
take her for all shes worth. use her money to mod the **** outta her car.
then, **** her. shove her off a bridge. and complete the task by doing a burnout with the new dana 60 4.11 she bought you.
complete process with next girlfriend.
you'll thank me someday
