Default This a sign of stripped gears of a bad rear end?

See sig for car info but as u can tell i have a 97 z28 with catback, 273's and some one inch wheel spacers on a 17x9in rim with 245's i am moving up to 275/45/17 and my ? is that now that i have the spacers on my rear end is making like an errrrrrr errrrrr sound kind of like squeaking nosie when i am coasting down a hill or on the gas a bit! THE SOUND DOES NOT OCCURE WHEN IT IS IN NETURAL but HAPPENS IN ALL OTHER GEARS! I thought maybe that the one inch wheel spacers are putting a big strane on the rear end b/c the ball joints are not used to tires sticking out another 1 inch then normal! And IT ALSO DOES NOT OCCUR WHEN YOU APPLY THE BRAKES! Any help/info would help me a lot i am currently not driving the car at all it is at a aparemnet complex sitting in a 11x25 1/2 ft storage garage and I AM WILLING TO TAKE THE SPACERS OFF!
