LOL...you guys crack me up. Why on earth would you spend the coin on a motor to take a chance with 93 octane.

One thing I've also learned is that just because somebody builds badass race motors, doesn't mean he knows what he's doing on the street. I don't know you, your builder or your builder's uncle so I'm not talking negative about them but from what you've stated in this post, I just see some things that raise a flag in my mind.

Your motor may be built to handle a 400 shot but what's up on the rest of the combo like the tune and the staging of the nitrous? If you give me some more details maybe I'll stop thinking about it but I'd hate to see you blow your chit up because you didn't get all the nitty grittys taken care of.

For the record, I built my motor to run on 93 octane but after alot of thought, I realized that it would be kinda stupid for me to go and thrash on it and depend on that level of octane to keep my thoughts cozy. When your driving around thats one thing but at the track with a 400 shot, there is no way on earth I would trust 93 octane to get the job done, even at 9.8 to 1 compression...

so many haters on here everybody is a chief and no indians! i appreciate all the concern but it wont be running a 400 shot but however it was built for a turbo later along with spray in mind so the motor is built to handle alot of power but still be streetable.

the flow #'s

intake
.200 139.0
.300 198.0
.400 251.0

.300 199 141

Hey 12.5:1 compression for over 4 years and 15,000+ miles running pump gas.

At the track slighty more agressive tune means race gas for added safety.
