Diagnostic port under my seat??

ok i took my drives seat out of my 94 z28 to get it recovered. under it is what looked like some diagnostic port and a co-axial cable (the kind of cable that screws into that back of your tv..but anyways i was just wondering what the hell this is doing under my seat. whatever it is, it was installed professionally. thanks for the help guys.

lol looks like you are wired up for Digital cable in that thing. That is crazy neither of those should be there. have you traced them back to see were they go. I have no clue what they are maybe someone on here does .

Nope as I mentioned earlier cables for an older style motorola in car mobile phone. Younger guys may not remeber these depending on how old you are but I installed a **** load of them in the day's. Just pull it out and dont worry or just leave it.
