Are you just letting off the gas? Leaving the clutch engaged?

Yeah just letting off the gas, I mean the vibration isn't extreme, it's just annoying.

Probably the Drive Shaft.. I got a LS1 Aluminum one, and haven't had a problem. It will hit 130+ and be smooth the whole way.

dude that **** was funny...the aluminum ds wouldn't last the burnout box on mine...

626KLZE - You might also check you're front rotors, my old setup was doing the same identical thing and everything else was fine, just the front rotors were shot, new rotors and smooth as butter.

I think thats what most LT1'ers dont understand. Its probly good for a Bolton car to go All. DS, but when you make a larger amount of power the DS becomes a bunch of peices.

Tony.

I'll agree with that one. Runout in your rotors can definately cause a vibration. Also the driveshaft if its the factory steel one can vibrate too.

You might also want to take a look at the transmission mount. If it is a new poly one, it could not be installed correctly can be causing the vibration. I know that mine vibrated at highway speeds when I let off the gas. If its old, look into getting a new one -- and make sure you install it correctly.

The GM 1LE is suppose to be a better unit than the stock LS1 d.s, if you had a factory warranty thats actually what they replaced the stock steel one but this was like in 01ish when the last 96-97 cars were running out of their extended warranty points. So I think its safe to safe to no one on here has any sort of warranty left.

I am not complaining about the LS1 one, it works very well for my setup. Got it cheap and it works.
