4.10s installed today 
Yeah that about describes it. I am really happy with the 4.10s. I can't believe that such a large change come from changing from 3.42 to 4.10. They are mikronited and I also had the main bearing stud kit and the girdle. Hoping it all holds together, this is crazy! Man I'm happy, I've had these gears laying around for over a year, about time I got them installed.

Well your bringing your peak torque in quicker, feels faster, is it faster who is to day. You need a track to measure that. But then again the gear ends quicker. At least M6's have 2 overdrives, with autos i didnt even like going to 3.73's. When I do my rear with the Moser im having the 3.42's taken out and putting 4.10's in her

I honestly don't keep track of my MPG, I'm sure it won't be too much worse seeing as I'm a M6 car.
I know I haven't been to the track yet, hell ever for that fact, but on the road where I test my mods out I am way faster MPH wise, haven't adjusted the speedometer yet, but I had to brake alot harder to slow down, and I was shifting nice and easy being the first WOT run I was making on them, after following Richomonds 3 rides to break them in.
Should be going to a 1/8 mile track next Wed.

19 % increase in the the swap (as I call it torque amplification). I ran the 4.10s for a couple years, This last summer when I broke them I decided to try the 4.56s and was pleseantly suprised with an additional 11% increase. At 74 MPH the datalogger shows 2340 RPM which is fine with me and I get on average 18-22 miles per gallon driving it hard. Oh ya I can start out in 3rd if you have to keep it quiet but there is nothing better than ripping threw 5 gears in town.
