heres another thing i wasnt happy with. The o2 bungs are extremley long. My o2 BARLEY makes it into the exhaust stream. Did anyone cut it shorter to get the o2 farther into the collector?? Mine is only in the collector by maby 1mm. How can that accurately read anything?

When did you buy your heddars? I bought some earlier this year and i didnt have half these problems. But I put true duals on. so that eliminated the y pipe. I dont rember my 02 bungs being to long, so i cant help there. but i love my pacesetters except for the fact that they rub on my k-member.

I think I have a busted motor mount so that is why my passenger side heddar is rubbing. I love these thing for the money you save on them. plus they are coated so it really makes for a good purchase.

what i did for my ORY (on 97' z28) was lift the car up, and drop the tranny about 3/4 inch and massaged the pipe in...took like 2 mins

yes, i drove to the exhaust shop with strait headers and while up on a lift they just heated up the collector and some of the primaries and bent it down just a tad. works perfect for me! i have nothing but positive things to say about my pacesetters

I didnt have hardly any fitment issues, just took out my spark plugs and my steering linkage and just slide the header in until it got hung. Then hit it with my hand and it almost fell all the way to the floor.

Damn... my pacesetters cleared that part under the car without modding. I did drive it open header to the exhaust shop though as well so that they could make me a piece for the TSP X-pipe to fit right. THEY DID flatting/dimple the TSP pipes right at that part just a bit so that I wouldn't have an issues with it hitting. It didn't need it but, was a nice precaution. But my set of headers is probably an inch lower than whats in these pictures here. My O2 bungs were fine also.

like i said, my o2 bungs works and 99.0% of people wouldnt even check that. Im just real tech when it comes to things. Most would prob. say mine were fine but to me personially im gonna cut it down so the o2 sticks more into the exhaust flow.
