I'm going to a GMPP Dealer tomorrow to track one down. Hopefully this will be the end of this saga.

I will definitely keep you guys posted. Thanks again for all of the input.

Got the new rocker on and the chirp is gone. Although -- I put in new percey's header gaskets, and a new set of lifters as well.

What is the break-in period for a new set of lifters? Anything special I need to do?

I don't think there's a break in for a set of lifters. I ran a quick web search and didn't really see anything. I just wouldn't run WOT right off the bat. Drive it a while and change the oil.

I'm probably going to drive it about 600 miles or so and change the oil just to be on the safe side. Pretty much around town driving -- nothing above 3500 RPMs.

I did a search on some other sites, basically because they are hydraulic lifters the 'break-in' isn't as important as a flat tappet or solid roller.

I'm definately gun shy with the car going lean like that in the first place, so I'm going to get on a wideband along with getting a dynotune just for a little extra insurance.

Thanks again for all of the help guys.
