Cam ID I pulled the cam outta the blown up motor in the Z I acquired. I was told it's a CC 306. There are some numbers etched on the back but no real distinguishing markings. Any hints? The numbers appear to be 33165/33175, HR 12, a stray letter "E", 27587 or Z7587 (can't really tell, I'm thinking it's a 2 though), and the following are stamped 4615 XM. Mean anything to anyone? I tried looking up the grind number on Comp's website but not even sure this is a Comp Cam. I didn't have any luck there.

Hey thanks for the tip! I'll try Crane and then call Lunati. BTW, this car was supposedly a cover car, which mag I can't remember. It's a 94 Z28, red with black stripes, black hardtop. It also has the blacked out tail panel. It had true dual Bullet exhaust, Suspension Techniques sway bars, Hothkis PHB, and BMR subframe connectors. Heads have been hand ported and it had this cam, whatever it is. There are three names wrote on the bottom of the car, I can't remember what they were off hand. Anyone remember this car? I know it used to have an RK Sport license plate frame. I'll try to dig some more info on it. LS1 Tech Stories

OK called Comp and they said it was in fact their cam. Specs are 236/242, .555"/.576" with 1.6 rockers, 112 LSA. Very similar to what I have right now. Now I just hope someone will buy it from me. My buddy has laid claim to it but I need cash, lol.
