STS Turbo Anyone seen anything on this setup? I saw something on it a friend showed me, it put some good numbers down for a stock LT1. He told me to look into it cause I have mine built up, it would be a better investment than the LSX swap I was looking into.

Never personally seen it but known about it for a long time. Well I saw a lt1 trans am at a meet with one but don't know the kid. The best part about it is the installation. Not very hard to do. Basically a catback install. You save alot of money by installing a STS yourself rather than paying someone to custom make a front mount for ya.

Last Sunday, Horsepower TV on the Spike Network showed an STS twin turbo system installation on a C-5 Corvette. Looks pretty straight forward. The PowerblockTV.com web site suggests they'll be running the episode again this weekend.

supposibly just the kit on a stock lt1 drops you 1.3 seconds. i like the whole setup of it if you show someone that has no idea how it works you can say thats you intake lol can hussle people. turbo doesnt get hot its in the open but i dont know if i would put it on my car and drive it through rain and all with it

If you are running something big, I wouldn't drive it through the rain..
I am at 11:1+ Compression, so that wouldn't really help me, but some people said it would make a bit of an impact over what I have now, seeing how it is setup strong.
