Idle adjustment screw location? (idle problem)

Idle adjustment screw location? (idle problem) i have a bbk tb on my Lt1 and it look like its on the right, but i need to go in from behind...i took a lit mirror and looked to find i need a hex or star head to adjust it. anybody know the size??
the reason i ask is i cleaned my TB for the 1st time yesterday...the buildup was pretty bad...i cleaned her like new, now the car is idling way to high (highest point was 1600 down to about 1200)...im just wondering if the previous owner never cleaned it, and just adjusted the screw to make it idle higher...& now that its clean, its adjusted too high?? does this sound right?

ideally that throttle stop screw is for fine tuning the idle to get the IAC counts to where they're supposed to be. IAC valve could be out of whack if it's idling really high. I think to reset IAC valve, turn ignition on, depress gas pedal 1/3 way for 5 seconds, shut car off, then wait 10 secs. That's supposed to sync IAC valve and PCM
Not sure where the IAC valve is located on this engine, but perhaps it needs to be cleaned too? I just did it for my buddy's Cobra.

the IAC motor us directly underneath the Throttle body, but like stated above, the Throttle body screw doenst affect the Idle as much as like on a carbureted engine. I have cleaned a few IAC motors, but some say that you shouldnt. I usually do it with contact cleaner.
you can clean the IAC valve on these cars as long as you don't move the pintle. the throttle stop screw as I mentioned is merely for messing with IAC counts to get them where they're supposed to be at idle and messing with the TPS voltage @ 0%
