Its not in the a/c controls -- but on top of that.

What do you mean re-wire the controls to the center console?

A/F which I want to replace with the new wideband autometer has out now, Fuel Pressure, and Nitrous Pressure.

Shouldn't be too hard to relocate your controls I would think, just extend the wires and run them under the center console and pop them up into the storage part. I've never seen it before, but maybe someone has done it and hasn't seen this thread yet or something.

Only drawback I would see is if you change your controls often, I seem to have to mess with mine in the morning with the defroster a lot.

Is it just wires to the *****, or is there like a little circuit board behind them? I don't know how thick the plastic is in the center console, but you could probably mount them really neat I'm sure.

I was thinking about trying to fit two gauges in that pocket next to the cig lighter, under the radio. It a freaking huge hole and I never use it anyway. I was thinking it would look sharp if I could make a plate out of some aluminum and shoot in black to match the dash and mount the gauges in there. The only problem is that I would have to completely look away from the road to glance at them. But it would just look neat to have the gauges down there and it would be a real subtle look in my opinion.

Does anyone have any pics of mounting them in that cubby?

If I were to put gauges on my car, I would take advantage of our circle air vents.

I was gonna start a new thread but since this ones already going I will post in here. What size guage do you need to fit it into your air vent. I would like to put a nitrous guage in my middle airvent (95 Formula). And how do you go about doing that?

Well in a '94 the vent selector is all vacuum lines, and the temp. selector is a cable, so not sure if you could even do that. Taubr what did you do with your controls or is the heat and A/C gone?

Thanks.

So all you T/A guys don't really use your A/C much? I kinda feel ripped off with the little square vents that point at the driver in the Camaros. I'd love to have some big old circle vents.

Its cool though that you don't just get a pillar mount, yeah those are easy, but I've never much liked the look.
