So i need a bit of advice. what should i do next?? Opti or O2s?? or something else?? I have checked all the plugs/wires/wire harness connections.
I will definately post here when/if i do fix it!!!!!!

Egr block offs and new msd coilS made it much much better, almost gone .
pulling off the tb tonight and cleaning the heck out of it. Hope that does it....... if not then its gotta be a small hidden vaccum leak that is not visible.

I got datamaster and noticed that i am getting KR and my IAC counts are real low. so it may very well be the tune. Brians working on a new one for me as we speak.

Ill keep updating with some results.

after TB and IAC clean i noticed no difference except that my IAC position is even lower now and ends up being 0 after fully warmed up at idle. Still goes up with rpms though.

As for the hesitation...... its better but still slighlty noticeable.
