160 degree hypertech stat and jet fan switch?
Is there any reason not to, or any downfalls to running the 160 degree thermostat in a 1995 trans am?
I just installed the jet fan switch which turns the fan on at 195 degree's. and off at 185. so now the engine doesn't get as hot while idliling. But I want the car to run cool as possible and not overheat in really hot weather or traffic. so I am going to be installing the 160 degree thermostate from hypertech, unless there is any reason not to?
