Default What is this? *PIX*

When my brother did my heads a while back he could not figure out what went to this so we just plugged it up, but ever since my car has not been running as fast, we unplugged the sensor that was in it, helped a little bit but its still slow off the line...

Appears to be a 5 fingered configuration too, opposable thumbs, good model. Forged would be nice though.

**** that's a good question. Definitely looks like a sensor that's vaccuum related. Shoebox might be able to help you out.

It's that EVAP piece in the shoebox pics. I guess '96 and '97 have it, my '95 doesn't.

well for starters take the screw out of the rubber elbow piece. that is just a vent and with the screw in there it's not venting.

The other side (straight one) you have a screw in comes from the plastic line that runs with the fuel lines. it goes behind the throttle body and then to the evap can in the back.
