What's the problem, just not turning when you put the wrench on it?
It's easiest when it's warm. Just don't burn your arms on the pipes.

PBBlaster is your friend for tough bolts

Get it any any local parts store for $5 or so.
Spray it on, let it soak in and the O2 should come right out.

Drive the car and get the pipes warm. Spray with favorite lube (PB, WD40, ect) and let sit overnight. Repeat as required.
If that does not work, heat with a torch and melt candle wax into the threads. Let cool and it should break the sensor free.
These always seem to work for me. But we don't get the rust you guys back east do.

Wait until you go to install headers or change the plugs.

I don't remeber the O2 sensors being that difficult to get to (at least compared to some other items. Now you may only be able to get about 1/8 of a turn before you have to flip the wrench over for the next 1/8th of a turn.
