sounds like its in the ignitions (opti, plugs, wires). also i dont know what you did to your tune, but when you see flames, it generally implies that its running too rich.

maybe you accidentally did the Ford Super Duty mod, lol

usually fire from the exhaust is timing mis adjustment or fuel in the exhaust

Plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil is what I'd do. 90K on all of them, get it done now. Yet, since you're going to have the waterpump off ANYWAYS you might as well just replace it and the opti. When the pump goes, it's going to spray water on your opti and toast it to heh.

Don't feel bad, only one person bothered to pony up any info on my problem. You got 10x the replies I did :\ G/L to ya.

Replace the plugs and wires. If your bucks up go into the opti. Are you showing any codes? Engine misfire code if it was 96 up would pin point the cylinder.

no codes but its a 95 so it probably wont throw any. since I've had time to play with i found out weather determines when it does it. moisture or wet out side it does horribly. if its been dry for a couple days shell go to rev limit just as smooth as ever. Also last week it wouldn't start so looked under the hood and my coil wire to opti was laying there and coil was arching on maf sensor.

thanks for the info btw.
