on the rear, to run a 10 inch weld draglite, what backspacing is needed so it will look right and fit?

7.5" backspacing fits under the car and looks good.

I think 5.5" would probably be for an 8" Draglite.

15 x 3.5 = 1.5
15 x 8 = 5.5
15 x 10 = 7.5

Those are the normal 4th gen drag wheel offsets, using those will keep your car from looking redneck with your wheels sticking 6ft out the side of your fender.

Cool. What size is the MT ET Street's on there, and how much did you have to modify on the inner body there?

The MT Drag Radials on there are 275/60/15. Other than grinding the calipers and pulling the lower fender lip back, nothing else is need for them to fit.

They make a 15x10 with 6.5" BS that looks alittle better than the 7.5 if you ask me. I've got a set on mine with the 2" drop and they clear everywhere. Nothing touches at launch.

Is 11.5 the tread width or section width? Did you have to do any hammering or bending for clearance? I am looking to run a 325/50-15 which is a 28" tire with an 11" tread with and 13" section width. I know a 15x10 with 7.5" backspacing would work good on this but I am trying to figure out how a 6.5" backspacing would look and work.

I think 11.5 was the section....The 13" section is going to require more than a hammer I was under the impression that the 50 was a 26 and the 60 was a 28, am i wrong?

Not necessarily, they are 325's, so saying 50 as a sidewall would make it around a 28" tire. The 50's as a 26" and the 60's as a 28" is the MT ET Street Tires, the 255's.

^Those are the tires I have been planning on. I will probably get Draglites, they look good on both TAs and Camaros. I think maybe slightly more so than Pro Stars. 15x10, was sure on 7.5 backspacing but now I was to see what 6.5 would look like.
