The Bracket I got from a member on here, he was selling them more for a street rod application. The bracket is a dead ringer for teh madman bracket.

The power steering pump bracket I made myself out of 1/4" thick plate steel, a 4" x 10" piece and fabricated it how I needed it. The pump it's self is for a 92 4cyl grand am, the pulley for a Rivera for the correct offset, the HP line for a 4.3 full size c1500 95-99.

How and the hell did you figure out how to make the P/S work with all those different parts??
Did a good job though I must admit. It looks awesome.

That took alot of trial and error and going thru many many boxes of parts at the parts store.

Well at least all that trial and error worked out for ya! It sure cleans up the top part of the engine bay.

Yea I have about 3000 miles on the set up now, only thing I had to do was add a idler pulley on the Alt bracket so the Crank had enough wrap, I would slip without it.

When you had your blower were you able to relocate your alternator? I have my havc all removed but don't want to have to shell out the money for a manual rack.

FWIW I drove around for near a year on a power rack with no PS before I decided to fab up the PS. I was still on stock accy when I had the blower to answer your questions.

what size tires did you have? okay about the alternator. it would be nice if there was some type of power inverter you could use in place of the alternator and have a pulley connected to the ac delete pully bracket somehow. i hate the alternator being up top..

The alt being up top was the only reason I did it, I hated the looks of it so damn bad.

Holy P,

Did you pass tech with that setup? NHRA Rules state you cant have any fuel parts on the firewall.

But if ya did, baller.

So you capped off the evap hardline and left it like that? you didn't do anything with the actual canister. i ask because i just did this mod myself but using braided lines. i capped off the hardline too but was just wondering about the canister. could it fill up with gas or fumes?
