I just think that would be a little odd, since the car has been acting this way since I got it back and it ran perfectly fine before...You would think the opti-spark would have been bad then as well...

Honestly, I don't think it's the opti spark either...I really don't know what it could be...I assume you need a tune, but would a tune really put you as fast as you were before? Something else has to be wrong.
