I just want to know if (Lets say the same year) a STOCK Z28 wins over a STOCK Mustang GT, just really curiouse, I know the my 94 Z28 weight around 3500 LBS, them GTs don't weight that much.

i dont understand the concept of your statement. are you asking if a stock 94 z28 would beat a stock 94 gt. well than the z28 would kill the gt. im not sure but 94 gt's weight around 2700 lbs

I have heard that the GTs are quicker at take offs because the don't weigh as much, I never really raced a mustang but they always try to **** me off on saturday night and I got 8 points on my record so I'm trying to behave before I lose my licence, I got some mods on my Z28 but was just curiouse if our Zees would kick their asses, I'm sick of how many GTs are out there and for some reason they ALWAYS wanna **** you off when they see you, what the F***? R they jealous or what?
I'm up to race a stock GT tomorrow so just wanted to make sure I'll beat his *** before I head out for the mission .

Back then it was as clear as day who was the winner. Now adays ford has woken up and (partially) stepped up to the plate. However IMHO they still fall short

The late model GT's are finally coming close to the 1993 LT1 Camaro. Falling short is a little bit of an understatement..
I can't wait to see the look on the guy's face that drives first Mustang GT that decides to race me after I destroy his car when I get my 402 all broken in..

you will beat him if he is stock. i have a stock 94 z and i beat on this kid at my school with a 2000 gt all the time. now with my cam and heads gettin done i will hopefully embarass him even more

Yeah, stock for stock, no, but you put exhaust/intake/gears/tune on both of them, with equal drivers, the GT will win. I know from experience with a friend of mine. Stock he ran a 9.4 in the 1/8, after those 4 mods, he was running 8.4's. Then he put a blower on it, and I sprayed mine, now I take the win every time. He just got done swapping from his 5 speed to a t-56, so things might be different now, who knows, me and him will have to line em up again.
