T/A versus Cobra
Theres a guy in town with an older Rustang GT that he said got turned into a Cobra. All I know of that it has under the hood is Cold Air Intake and Aluminuim Pulleys... How would my 1994 A4 T/A match up to this in a drag?

If it's a year specific cobra, I don't think those were all that special, but I don't know all that much about mustangs. Other than stock ones are slow in comparison to T/As (save the newer Cobras and Saleen)

You should easily be able to beat him. Especially if its a fox body. Hell I've even beaten an '04 Cobra who had cat-back and CAI and I dogged him reallllllllllllllllll bad. Its all about the '60 and gettin out the hole

Since its a clone, (GT with badges) you should take him from any year. As far as a real Cobra (96+) it would take you especially considering your gearing.
I own both so I know what each will do

Well Im going to buy either some 3.73 or 4.10 GM gears when I buy my Loudmouth and Hypertech Power Programmer, so what kind of chance will I have after those are installed?

You should easily get him out of the hole. If you go from a roll, he may start to pull you up top. My DOHC Cobra loves to rev. The biggest disadvantage the 96-98 and 99 & 01 Cobras have are there 3.27 gears.

For an A4, the Hypertech has some useful functions. However, you would be better served by purchasing a real tuner package such as LT1Edit or Tunercat.
If you change gears, you will have to have the tuner software to program the PCM. I recommend Tunercat, even though I have LT1Edit.
Tunercat has more functionality, and is still supported. LT1Edit is not.

Not sure how u turn a GT into a cobra when it has a completely different engine...if it has a DOHC 96-01 engine they generally run right w/ LT1's w/ them being a bit quicker...and if its a sohc engine it all depends on the year...98 and below are slow, 99 ups run similar to LT1's.
