Also, when i spray what do i have to do to keep the car from leaning out? Like what measures do you take to keep it from that? i have the updated Pump and harness but will that be enough. i don't want to lean it out and go BOOM! i have an LS1M scanner and it allows me to scan fuel trims, o2 sensor levels and stuff like that. Is there a way of looking at my o2 sensors and seeing if i'm leaning out at all or running rich? i know when i had my '00 GTP you could tell that if the number was lower you were leaning out and if it was higher you were rich. Just curious as i don't have access to a wideband and don't know when i'll have the $$ to get one. Thanks

Theres a way to guesstimate your air/fuel on a narrowband O2 sensor, im not real sure how to do it, and its not very accurate. If you're using an off the shelf kit their reccommended jets are usually pretty close, but some fine tuning on a dyno or with a windeband will be best. And a fuel pressure safety switch will help if you're worried about your pump going out.

yeah i got a FPSS coming with it but i'm not worried about the pump going out though. It's a brand new Racetronix kit with P&P harness. just changed the fuel filter and stuff too. i'm not real worried about it being TOO lean as the exhaust seems pretty sooty so i think it's running a little rich
