I found mine from someone on this site. You have to look around alot and find someone parting out a car that had them. Or you can go to the dealer and buy it all new, but that is expensive. I got everything I needed for under $60 bucks. That included all the window tracks, regulators, handles, and all the hardware needed. All I had to buy new was the plastic bushings for the glass.

I currently do not have door panels. I am fabbing up some sheet metal door panels and I'm going to cover them in the same black tweed as my drag seats.

If your window tracks are good, all you need is the manual regulator and handles. And maybe some misc hardware and plastic window bushings if you break them.

I know the factory door panels I had could not be used with manual window, the speaker stuck out to far, and the crank handle would hit it. I think they made special door panels for the manual windows, or possibly different on the camero. It may be a stereo option as well, with bigger speakers up front. Here is a picture of a door panel with manual windows and door locks.

I don't know if they are interchangable, but on my 3rd gen Camaro, i'm doing the oposite and retrofitting electric windows, so I will have all the manual stuff left over. I've got the drivers side done, just gotta get off my a** and finish the passenger side now.
If someone can varify 3rd and 4th gen are the same, you're welcome to what I will have left over after the swap.

When you pull the Door Panel off, locate the Rivets for the Electric Motor Bracket. There is 4 of them total. Look at the pattern, it's in the form of a rectangle, and notice that it's at an angle kinda. Now if you were to rotate that rectangle so it would be squared with the bottom of the Door, you will see the 4 spots to mount the Manual Window Arm. Drill/cut out all the Electric junk, leave the Window and the Rails in. Then drill out the 4 dimples for the Manual Arm and then install it. Then make sure the Linkage is set, and you will be good. It's the same for both sides.

The holes were already drilled in my car. All I had to do was replace the electric motor/regulator with a manual regulator. Then put the handle on the manual regualtor.
