And LT1 intake and heads. If you get ride of everything that makes it a LT1 you just have a reversed cooled SBC.

Hey can we add 18* reverse cooled heads

I agree if it is a LT1 style block and it is still reverse cooled it is good

I am just want to see list of all these over 500RWHP N/A LTx cars! Ed Write had one of the fastest and he might have been there?

If you use LT4 intake and LT4 intake port heads. Then it is not a LT1 it is a LT4.

FWIW, having a lt4 intake and heads, doesnt magically change the motor into a lt4. Just like putting a ls6 intake on a ls1 doesnt make it a ls6. Go by whats cast on the block, it makes things alot easier. Its not really that big of a deal anyway, is it?

It's funny they call the LT5 an LT motor when it's vastly different from an LT1/4. You can't even swap any internals from my understanding, so it's not like the LT4 is to the LT1, where you can just change the upper end.

Come to think of it, didn't the LT5 come FIRST?

So what LT1 parts are required to call it an LT1. Block only.

AFAIK there is no such thing as a titanium crank shaft.

Pretty sure its jibberish just like the rest of his archaic post. Let this poor 10yo thread die .
