Water pump leak?

I was driving the other day and I noticed that the temp gauge was maxed out and i had no coolant in the radiator. I just recently did a tb bypass and i thought that might be the problem, so i redid the connection and made sure all the bolts on the water pump were tightened. I started up the car and it didnt leak until the thermostat opened up. Coolant was leaking down the front of the engine at a constant drip. I think it might be the water pump gasket but im not sure. All suggestions are appreciated.

How many miles are on the car? Cause you're water pump bearing could be bad and it could be whats leaking

cud be your radiator, i had a leak in mine, but it wouldnt start leaking until pressure built up in the radiator. check around ur filler neck

what you described just happen to me. Make sure that it isnt dripping out of the weep hole on the bottom of the WP. Mine also only leaked bad when it had heated up.

Theres 135,000 miles on it, but the guy i got it from had replaced it shortly before i got it 6 months ago...I just looks like its leaking down the front of the engine, but i only see water from bottom up to the where the water pump connects to the block. if its leaking out of the weap hole what does that mean??

there is a hole (about 1/8 inch) right on the bottom of the WP. it is for the water to run out of when the seals and the bearings go out inside the WP.
