since you have an auto, 3.73's would be the prime choice... i have 4.10's, and i do love them but the gas mileage sucks (about 21 is the best i have gotten all highway). The 3.73's will DEFINATELY wake your car up and you will still get decent gas mileage. just my $0.02.............

Chirping or spinning tires isn't a way to judge a cars performance...

If you do alot of highway driving a really good gear would be 3.42. But if you don't care too much about that than 3.73 gears are really good. Another question to ask yourself is would you rather get a whole new carrier and gear kit for 500+ plus getting it installed for a few hundred $, or you can get a rear end out of a 6 speed TA, Formula, or Z28 with a stock 3.42/limited slip setup and put it right in. That would save u some $ also. (300-500 in a junk yard)

I have 2.73's and I have no problems spinning the tires if I hammer it from a roll at like 10 mph with the shifter in first gear, but off the line I can't spin them for nothing, well unless I'm launching it at like 1500+ RPM. So don't feel too bad. The down fall is 2.73's are slow off the line, but the ups are like my times are consistent at 14.0 at 100 mph in the 1/4. Probably due to the car not spinning off the line. So u have your down falls as well as your ups. good luck with the car, if you wanna spin, buy some gears and mod the hell out of it

I would do an ohms check on all the wires and replace the plugs. Even bone stock it should shred the tires from a standstill.

I have a bone stock 94 25th anniversary T/A and it will most DEFINITELY shread the **** oushof the tires from a standstill. For a 28yr old car, its still badass

Do a search first with key words. Some of us have been around since before Adam on this site and our minds were probably a bit fresher when it came to certain issues. If it doesn't come up then post about it. I honestly don't care because there's very little traffic on this site anymore...
