On recent logging of my LT1 with my Snap-On Soulus I viewed my cars Knock numbers. On start up they were 99 for about 5 minutes, then about a half our later i did a fuel injection clean and ran the car for that and watched the nock numbers they said 45 then to 49, then 45 - jumping in that range.. I viewed Knock Retard and it always said 0. - I recently put in an LT4 knock module, but was wondering if anyone knew if these numbers were good or bad..

As long as it is not pulling timing you are good. The numbers will jump around a ton, its not a sequential counter.

I have autotap and have seen mine but, cant remember what numbers there were. I can monitor each cylinder too... I would like to know whats what for that as well.. I dont remember seeing any knock retard.

what's the word on this? I remember having the same issues with MXScan....I just thought it was a software issue.

Well as far as i know, its nothing big really.. I should know more next tuesday. I have a GM tech that is going to a Snap-on diagnostic training course and he said he was wondering the same thing. He said he would ask what they were..
