anyone have this hood?

Id like to get a glass hood to take more weight off. Id really want to get a outlaw SS hood from VFN but $600 is kinda steep for me. I found these 2 and there in driving distance for me so no shipping. Anyone know anything bout fitment or quality?

I believe they are both the same hood. I have this hood which I believe is manufactured by Glasstek. Fitment is decent (considering fiberglass) and all I ended up doing is slotting a couple of the mounting holes car-hinge. If you are ever out this way you are welcome to take a look.

i dont kno but there pretty good deals but its quite a gamble but if u buy one i would really like to know how it fits

Sure does look like the Glasstek hoods, never seen one in person or know anyone that has had a Glasstek hood either, I've been debating on whether or not to just get a Glasstek Cowl hood for my car over the VFN Sunoco one myself.

i have a glasstek 4" cowl on my ls1 and ill be putting one on my lt1 as soon as i get it

I have heard only good things about Glasstek hoods. The only bad thing about getting a hood is the shipping. Happened to me.

And on a side note, I think that hood looks f*ckin goood.
That and the Ultra-Z hood are the nastiest imo.
