Damn loud. Probably really annoying at cruising speeds. I cant drive around with my cutout open when I'm just cruisin around, it gets rediculous. It will sound awsome at WOT and Idle.

i ran open headers forever just to prove the point that my car would not blow up...i proved the point but only because i was very lucky....but back to your topic....the results of that 8 months came bragging rights and deafness....somehow though...only 1 ticket upon countless warnings :-)

A ticket depends on where you live. I drive around with my cut out open every now and then and drive right with cops and they dont even look over.

It would have some noise to it..you will want some Exhaust on it though for some base and tone, that is what sounds nice.

I drove my 402 Stroker with open Headers off Base to my Storage Unit..little kids standing in their yards 60ft away were plugging their ears..
Some of my friends working in a Hanger about 1/4 mile from the Fire Station could hear it idling..that's loud..

I say just throw on an electric cutout that way you can have the open exhaust loudness whenever you want at the flip of a switch. Im sure that setup would sound nice and loud but it would probably get annoying cruising for a while like stated above
