Default Front engine oil leak please help.

I want to replace the front oil seal on my 95 LT1 engine. Do you know of any website that shows detailed pics to help me do that as I never did it on my own.
I'm having some kinda oil leak from the front of the engine, not too bad but I hate to see it, I see it around the timing chain cover and all the way down, I'm assuming it's the front seal, correct me if you think else please.
Thanks a lot

try www.shbox.com

if its coming from the crank area then its the front main seal. you would have to pull the balancer and hub off to replace it.

timing cover gasket youre gonna need a whole weekend and a 24 pack

i wanted it to sound a little scary at first. but for a first timer dealing with the opti. then all the cursing before/during/after the job. throwing a bolt because it wouldnt go on right the first time, and taking half a day to find where you threw it. i think a weekend should be plenty of time

A first timer that does work on their own **** err maybe does it for a hobby, 7 hours if you were serious on the first try.

well, as for the beer it's always there and believe it or not, it helps my brain function better ******* with the LT1.
As for a first timer, replacing this thing is a first timer job, but I've done almost everything else on my Zee, will that cut my time down to 8 hours and a case of beer? I'm light weight people, I can't drink 24 pack , go ahead and call me a WOSS now ;-)
