OK, nobody ever ran into this problem i guess, i found the answer if anyone ever runs into this problem, i used some heat and i used a tap with the square end that was a little smaller than a 3/8's socker wrench, came right out, i was scared i was gonna have trouble but it came out, the extension i grinded down just twisted.

The temp sensor in the driver side head? I beleive it is a 3/8 or a adjustable wrench I used the adjustable wrench when I changed mine. Devin

Any machine shop should have what you need and can tell you the best place to buy one. We have a local tool shop called Clark's tool that carries the proper tool, although we have fabricated our own before when we needed one late at night, lol.

just plug the sensor in on the other side and rewire it... a lot easier that all the **** you just went through... should be a green wire.... make sure you get the right one.
