Default o2 sensors

Since I put lts of my 1995 camaro I havent been able to get it to run just rite. I can tell because I can just feel it. I changed the plugs wires gaskets and have been narrowing it down to I spliced the 02 wires so they where long enough. What can o2s do if they are bad or not getting the correct reading.

HAHAHAAH thats the funniest thing ive heard all day. it might run the same at WOT, but anything less than that will be f'd up. how is the computer gonna know if the motor is running lean or rich, and make necessary adjustments?

the O2 could be causing what you are describing, however, it should be throwing a code if they are not working right

I dont have a computer to put it on or know how much they would charge to put it on the computer to see if its throwing codes.

Obd1 will often not throw a code. The O2s were dead on my car, and I mean completely dead, but I had no code.

The car will indeed run better in open loop than it will in closed with bad o2s. That is what you experienced. However it's much better to just replace them.
