I tried a search and its not working for me, but does anyone have the part number for the pulley? Im really thinking about ditching the AC since I dont use it anways. Anyone have a used pulley for sale or know the cheapest place to get one?

Is it worth doing? Does the motor rev any faster? Also how well is the pulley made? I try and stay away from ebay stuff, unless its name brand items.

Takes a little bit of drag off of the engine. Its main purpose is to drop some weight and save nuckels when changing the passenger side plugs/wires/or header.

The one in that picture has the small pully. Mine has the larger pully and takes the stock belt.

Did it have the small pully? All the true 1LE sets I put on had the large one

My a/c delete pulley was GM and it had the small pulley. I had to go to a smaller belt. I got the Ebay pulley for a buddy and it has a large pulley for stock belt. I kinda liked his a little better!

Yeah it did have a smaller pulley on it but it fit with the stock belt perfect. And for 30 bux cheaper than 1LE i would say thats the way to go.

I would say the pulley Andrew (94greencamaro) is talking about is 1/2 smaller then the 1LE setup.

Ive installed both, and the stock serp. seems to work each time.

Tony.

My installed the stock length belt on the smaller pulley and it would "flop." I got a shorter belt and it works perfect.
