15inch wheels I wanting to put some 15 inch wheels on my car. I've had some people help me with the sizes, but I am having a hard time with the dealer down here. I want 15x8's on the back so I think that a 5.5 bs will take care of that. Now I have to get a 4" or 5" front wheel instead of the 3.5 I was looking at. 
I need to know what bs I would need for the 4 or maybe 5 inch wheels on the front. Thanks for any input.

Why can't you get a 3.5 front? Thats what I run?
And yes, its a 5.5 bs for a 15x8 rear.
PS you'll have to grind the rear calipers to fit a 15" wheel on the back. The front will work w/out grinding with a spacer.

They are telling me they cannot get them in any thing other than Weld wheels and I'm trying to stay away from that much money right now. What brand wheels do you have? Thanks for your input.

Big Ten tires here in my home town. They were going to call me back after their supplier got back to them when I told them there were a alot of people out here getting them for their cars. That was almost 2 weeks ago, still no call back. I guess I will have to go to Summit. I've seen to one's you are talking about. I guess will just order from them. Thanks for the input.

only problem is if you want to drive it on the street 3.5s for the most part are marked not for street use, if you get pulled over and a cop sees that they will fine you and probably tow the car since its "unsafe".
Jeg's also make a knock off "prostar" and "draglite". Like Lethal93TA said, they're probaby telling you that b/c a 3.5 wide front wheel isn't DOT legal. It has to be 4" wide to be DOT approved.
But they WILL fit.
