i would get some headers, cam kit and a good tune before i got that big of a stall. and with gears and what you have i dont think it will get 12's... i have a cai, TB, stall, headers, full 3" exhaust, cam, and lacking a tune i still run 14's... but after i put the 3.73's and get it tuned right it will drop the time significantly

some DRs and the gears and the stall and a tune with a good launch will get you a 12.9-12.8.

i need a tune and i will be in the 12s on street tires. my suspension helped big time.

My brother had a 94 TA A4 with full bolt-ons, including a full exhaust and cutout, and a small cam and did a best of 12.8, no stall. He definitely also had drag radials and gears, although I don't know if they were 3.42s or 3.73s.

didnt see you had headers. a good cam and a tune does alot for these motors. add those to your list and it will be for sure in the 12's.

With a stall he would have ran that time without the cam .

A bolt on LT1 should run 12's IMO. At least outside of very thin air - I am spoiled by low to negative DA...

i think with gears and a stall you should be running 12's as long as it hooks

Say goodbye to your aftermarket gears with a stall if you track alot.

Yeah, Lebanon Valley isn't the best track, and his cam was for a blower that never ended up going on, so it wasn't the most economical setup in terms of power, but the stall would have helped.

I ran a 12.96 w/ MAC shorties an nitto drag radials with the stock converter and 3.23s so yes 12s are very possible

but as mentioned the DA and weather are the biggest factor and of course impossible to control
good luck to ya!

I kind of see it hard to hit 12's with those mods, you might need a little more than that. It also depends on the altitude and climate where you make the run.

For one, you don't need a cam to get in to the 12s. I ran 12.8s with no front sway bar, cold air, Hooker LTs, ORYP, Borla and a Vigi 3200. Thats on heavy *** WS6 wheels and worn out Nittos cutting a 1.72. I still have the stock 3.23s as well. Looking at your sig, your closer to the 12s than you think, your car isnt hooking for **** man, bring that sixty down as it is and you have a bottom 13 second car. A stall and gears will set you deep in the 12s but its all worthless unless your on a good tire.

I think with the stall, gears, and DRs you will be there. You are going to see a huge difference with the 3:73 gears and the stall. You are going to be pissed that you have been driving around with 2:73 lol.

also if you dont plan on upgrading the 10 bolt to a 12, you can hang a set of brass ***** off of the housing cover since GM never gave the 7.5" its set of them. especially since you'll have sticky tires and 3.73s and a stall, its gonna need them.

But it is an A4, it should hold up...well as long as he doesnt use MT radials.

You ever ride in a stalled car?
If he tracks it alot, the gears won't last long with a stall and traction.
