Heads up and maybe bracket would be my guess for what my car will fit in.

I picked 13.00 and faster bracket class. I don't think that I will make it that far heads up but I may give it a try too.

can yall not make it where we can vote for more than one class? because ive not only got 2 cars but both have power adders...so i could run in maybe 4 of those classes...think your poll would be much more accurate

I like this format.

Open Comp is great Bracket format. It is a great way to pit many different cars in one class.

BTW I say we run the entire event on a Pro Tree I am not used to it yet but would make it interesting!

You have plenty of time to find one you can borrow or rent.

take a wild guess what i voted for 6 spd all the way. amazing to see that the 6 speed class is leading the bunch in votes!!!

Dave,
you went to the very dark but way cool side! full race trans, gotta love it! and with a V gate shifter, that could be me someday but alas i think it should be T56's only, don't worry we can run together in qualifying I would be surprised if their is enough cars to run a six speed class, it seems like there NEVER is enough t56 cars willing to run heads up.

I will run outlaw if there is no 6 speed class, my car can hold its own pretty well.
since we r talkin TREE, i like the idea of a Pro Tree, how about makin' it a 500 pro tree? reason i ask is I am merely a hobbiest when it comes to actually racing, and it is a bit tougher for me to final stage and get my rpm's up to where i want them prior to launching.

so KCIR it is. i will have to do a mapquest. see how far it is.

dave we can meet up and convoy down

Tim,

how is your trans a 4 speed, did you actually remove 5th and 6th, lmmfao!! that is awesome, so what do you do when you take it out on the highway

TwoFast4LV,

I like the idea of the cruise class, that takes a little more organization, i would prefer to run that class, why not make it like Hot Rod Pump Gas Drags, where everyone runs the same fuel and makes the cruise, 3 passes and best average wins. no popping hoods or messing with the cars. or screw the pump gas, as that would take way too much effort to monitor, etc.....

by having 4 Q8 classes i think that caters more to the variety of cars we will see run at the track. this way there can be 4 winners instead of 2, and it should make for tighter racing. ie. outlaw 8 power adder, outlaw n/a 8, quick 8 power adder, quick 8 n/a. then have 2 bracket classes 12.99 and quicker and 12.99 and slower.

i don't think it is right to not have any bracket racing! it is the bracket racers that provide the majority of the support for any event. how do you think payouts are larger for the heads up classes?

just my .02

like i said i do this **** to empty my bank account, and scare the crap out of myself and have fun, lotsa fun!!!

tony,

KCIR is further than memphis, damn!
